There are a few people starting to look at development waterfront land on Grand Lake again. Just today I saw a closing on the Grand Lake MLS for $925,000 for 3 acres with 1000′ shoreline that sits next to a high dollar neighbor in Grove, OK. If you have been thinking about getting ahead of the curve and want to plan a development on Grand Lake, now might be the time to buy the raw land and start planning.
